About Me

Reva Rogers is a passionate and accomplished vocal educator, conductor, and performer with over a decade of experience in both private and public music education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance from Southern Virginia University, and has been teaching private voice for 10 years, alongside 9 years of public school teaching experience.

She currently serves as the Director of Choral Activities at South Fork High School and Director of Traditional Music at Palm City Presbyterian Church, where she leads dynamic vocal and choral programs grounded in musical excellence and expressive artistry.

Reva’s choirs have earned state superior ratings for three consecutive years across multiple ensembles, consistently praised for their rich, healthy tone, musicality, and emotional power. Her private studio students have earned over 50 superior ratings at FVA Solo and Ensemble, with many receiving superior with distinction at the state level. With a 99% acceptance rate into top college music programs—often with scholarships—her students can be found singing with the Yale Glee Club, Palm Beach Opera Studio Program, and attending institutions such as Yale University, Stetson University, Florida Gulf Coast University, and Southeastern Louisiana University, among others.

Reva is also an accomplished guest conductor, known for her expressive leadership of choral masterworks such as Michael John Trotta’s Magnificat, Ray Roberts’ Gospel Mass, and a wide range of sacred cantatas. She is frequently invited as a choral clinician, Solo & Ensemble adjudicator, and continues to perform actively in her community.

Most recently, she was selected to present at the Florida Vocal Association’s Professional Development Conference, sharing her expertise on selecting appropriate repertoire for the young performer—a reflection of her deep commitment to nurturing the next generation of singers with care, knowledge, and artistry.
